The California Office of Emergency Services State Operations Center, Sacramento CA

This video was produced as part of the development of the BRL Headquarters, and describes the grass-roots, community-driven approach to making the HQ vision a reality.

RossDrulisCusenbery had the honor of working with Beats Rhymes & Life (BRL) on the design of their new headquarters near Lake Merritt in Oakland. The BRL organization promotes mental health and positive social outcomes among urban youth through Hip Hop and other forms of popular urban culture.

Alameda County Fire Department
Cherryland Fire Station, Alameda County CA

A recap of the Alameda County Fire Station #23 Grand Opening Celebration in Cherryland on July 29, 2017. The RossDrulisCusenbery-designed facility is the newest addition to Alameda County’s fleet of fire stations.

 

THE STACK — South Hayward Youth & Family Center

RossDrulisCusenbery Architecture is working with the City of Hayward in helping them achieve their vision of a hub for social innovation, connection and wellbeing.

 

Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office 911 Communications Center, Plymouth MN

This is a behind-the-scenes look into the complexities faced by 911 Dispatchers. RossDrulisCusenbery designed the building where this critical work takes place.

 

Hayward Regional Fire Training Center

On 9/11/2021, RossDrulisCusenbery was honored to attend the installation of the memorial beam recovered from the World Trade Center being placed at the new City of Hayward Fire Station #6 and Regional Fire Training Center currently under construction in Hayward, CA. The memorial honors the sacrifice of all fire fighters and first responders who perished or responded to the tragic event. RossDrulisCusenbery is the architect for this next generation City of Hayward and Chabot Community College, Public/Public Partnership project.

 

LaRayia’s Bodega The Garden, Atlanta, GA 

RossDrulisCusenbery has the honor of working with LaRayia’s Bodega and Love Without Reason on the design of a visionary project in the East Point neighborhood of Atlanta, called The Garden. This video tells the story behind the motivation to open this innovative culinary and community resource hub for wellness programming and events.  

 

Hearn Community Hub, Community Engagement, Santa Rosa, CA 

RossDrulisCusenbery Architecture, along with Idea2Form, led a dynamic, three-month community engagement process. The process focused on visioning and programming with the City of Santa Rosa, the community of Roseland, and an amazing array of stakeholders.

 

City of Hayward Fire Training Center, Fire Station 6 & ARFF Support Facility, Hayward, CA 

RossDrulisCusenbery Architecture had the honor of designing the City of Hayward’s new Regional Fire Training Center & Fire Station #6. This state-of-the-art center provides firefighter, paramedic, rescue, and emergency response education and training. “At a time when firefighting resources are being stretched thin statewide and nationally, the Center will help create our next generation of firefighters while also serving to bolster and advance the fire service today, locally, regionally, across California and the country.”

 

El Dorado Hills Fire Training Center, El Dorardo Hills, CA 

A behind-the-scenes look into the New El Dorardo Hills Fire Training Center being utilized by El Dorardo Hills Fire Department, Police Department and PG&E. This 14 acre campus was designed by RossDrulisCusenbery Architecture.
